The following is a schedule of fines for the most commonly issued 78th District Court traffic offenses. Not all offenses are listed. If you received traffic offense for which the fine is not listed below, please contact the 78th District Court traffic division at (231) 873-4530. Please note that the following charges apply to payments received within 14 days of the date of offense. Payments received after 14 days of the date of offense may carry late payment charges.
